Role Overview Ferns N Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have now over 350 outlets all over India, delivering happiness across 525 cities. We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait etc. with further plans of quick expansion. FNP (Ferns N Petals) is a renowned omnichannel company known for delivering excellence in gifting and floral services. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team and help us attract the best talent for both IT and Non-IT roles. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing plans. 2. Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' fitment to organizational culture and role requirements. 3. Interview Coordination & Evaluation: Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and other stakeholders. Ensure timely feedback collection and manage communication throughout the hiring process. 4. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create JDs, and ensure smooth hiring processes. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions. 1. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing. Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs. Desired Skills & Experiences Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition handling both IT and Non-IT hiring. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
