Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead our Human Resources function end-to-end—hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement. You will partner with plant and corporate leadership to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Plan manpower, run recruitment drives, and close positions on time.

Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth joining, documentation, and orientation for new hires.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee salary processing, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour-law filings.

Performance Management: Run goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals; track KPIs.

Employee Engagement: Drive retention, grievance handling, recognition programs, and workplace culture.

Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, arrange internal/external training, and monitor effectiveness.

HR Policies & MIS: Update policies, maintain HRIS, and share monthly dashboards with management.

Audit & Safety Support: Assist in social, labour, and safety audits; ensure adherence to ISO/WHO-GMP HR norms.

Requirements

Experience 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR-manager/lead role

Education Bachelor’s in HR / Business; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Core Skills Recruitment, payroll, labour laws, performance appraisal, HRIS/Excel, policy drafting

Soft Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, team leadership

Traits Detail-oriented, people-centric, self-motivated, able to work under deadlines
