Description HR Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Company: Saakshi Udyog Private Limited Work Mode: Work from Office (10 AM 7 PM) Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support: · Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. · Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers. · Coordinate technical and HR rounds and maintain interview records. · Engage with candidates for follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring process. HR Operations Assistance: · Help with onboarding processes, including documentation and induction. · Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. · Support in attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and leave management. · Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs. · Address employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns. Requirements: Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and handle HR-related tasks efficiently. Passion for HR and eagerness to learn and grow in the field. What We Offer: Hands-on experience in recruitment & HR operations.
