Urgent Hiring – HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) - Female Candidate
Company: ThinkRight (A sister concern of Triumph Auto – Tata Motors)
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 34)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000/month
Must-Have: Excellent communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct interviews; maintain candidate pipelines.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction of new employees.
Prepare, send, and collect signed employee agreements/bonds.
Maintain complete and accurate employee files.
Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance & leave records.
Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and HR policies.
