Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions including payroll processing, onboarding and exit formalities, and supporting the recruitment process through cold calling and initial candidate screening. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

· Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and overtime data.

· Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly salary processing.

· Maintain payroll records and respond to employee payroll queries.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, TDS, etc.).

· Handle reimbursements, bonuses, increments, and final settlements.

2. Joining Formalities:

· Coordinate with selected candidates for joining dates.

· Collect and verify documents such as educational certificates, ID proof, and previous employment records.

· Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employee codes.

· Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

3. Exit Formalities:

· Receive and verify resignation letters.

· Conduct exit interviews to understand employee feedback and reasons for resignation.

· Coordinate clearance processes across departments.

· Process full and final settlements in coordination with payroll.

· Issue relieving letters and experience certificates.

4. Recruitment Support (Cold Calling):

· Cold call potential candidates from databases, job portals, and references.

· Explain job openings and screen candidates as per job requirements.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.

· Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree / M.B.A (HR)

· 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.

· Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRMS.

· Strong verbal communication skills for cold calling and onboarding.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
