-Handling end to end Recruitment process-Sourcing and Attracting Talent-Screening and Evaluation: Having expertise with Portals like Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

-Initial Interviews (Phone/Video)
-Technical Assessments-Interview Coordination and Candidate Management-Offer Management and Onboarding-Reporting and Continuous Improvement-Handling daily HR/Recruitment activities-Prior experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred.
