Job Title: Civil Engineer Site Billing Location: Nashik/ Kopargaon, Maharashtra Department: Billing / Site Engineering Reports To: Project Manager / Billing Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer – Site Billing to manage and oversee billing operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting accurate billing information related to civil engineering works, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Documentation: Prepare and verify contractor/client bills based on executed work at site. Coordinate with site teams and contractors for measurement and billing certification. Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements. Maintain and verify measurement books (MBs) and daily progress reports. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Site Coordination: Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to collect relevant data for billing. Conduct site visits to verify the scope and progress of work. Support quantity surveying and estimation activities related to ongoing works. Reporting: Generate and submit timely billing reports to management. Track work completion against billing to avoid discrepancies. Highlight variations or deviations from planned work for commercial adjustments. Compliance & Quality: Ensure that billing activities adhere to company policies, project specifications, and quality standards. Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for verification.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed civil drawings , cross-sections , layouts , longitudinal sections (L-sections) , typical sections , and as-built drawings for road, railway, and building projects. Interpret and convert architectural, structural, and MEP designs into precise 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings. Work closely with civil engineers and site teams to reflect technical inputs and modifications in the drawings. Prepare working drawings for construction teams and coordinate drawing releases. Modify existing drawings based on engineer inputs and site changes. Ensure drawings comply with IS Codes , IRC , MORTH , and project-specific standards. Maintain drawing registers, version control, and proper file/document management systems. Assist in preparing presentations, bar bending schedules (BBS), and quantity calculations when required. Support in conducting site measurements and updating shop drawings accordingly. Coordinate with survey and planning teams to integrate layout data with design drawings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels. Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals from the construction and infrastructure industry. Coordinate with project heads and department managers to forecast manpower requirements. 2. Payroll & HR Operations Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Handle salary structures, leave management, attendance systems, and reimbursements. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in payroll data management. 3. Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to all labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory obligations. Liaise with government departments and ensure timely filings and returns. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee satisfaction surveys, and grievance redressal. Implement HR best practices to boost morale and productivity. 5. Performance Management & Appraisals Lead the annual performance appraisal cycle and assist department heads in goal setting. Design KPIs and KRAs in collaboration with leadership teams. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. 6. HR Policy & Strategy Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs. Support management in organizational planning, change management, and workforce development. 7. Team Management Build and guide a strong HR team to support various HR functions. Act as the key advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resource Management Experience: 12 years+ Experience in HR. Prior experience in construction/infrastructure industry is mandatory . Technical Skills: MS Office Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports), Word, and PowerPoint. Statutory Compliance Tools Experience with EPFO, ESIC portals, Shram Suvidha Portal, and Labour Welfare registrations. Recruitment Portals – Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, and local job boards. Documentation & MIS – Maintaining employee records, HR dashboards, and compliance trackers. Reporting Tools – Monthly HR Reports, Attrition Analysis, Salary Cost Reports, etc.
