Job Description


  • Recruitment Staffing
    • Draft and publish job descriptions
    • Source and screen candidates
    • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
    • Issue offer letters and onboard new hires
  • Employee Onboarding Orientation
    • Organize induction programs
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance
    • Help new employees settle in and understand company culture
  • Payroll Compensation Management
    • Manage salaries, incentives, and benefits
    • Maintain attendance and leave records
    • Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
  • Employee Relations
    • Address employee grievances
    • Facilitate communication between staff and management
    • Foster a positive work environment

Strategic HR Responsibilities

  • Performance Management
    • Set up KPIs and performance appraisal systems
    • Conduct annual/quarterly reviews
    • Identify training needs based on performance
  • Training Development
    • Conduct skills-gap analysis
    • Organize internal and external training sessions
    • Encourage professional development
  • Policy Development Compliance
    • Create HR policies aligned with labor laws
    • Update employee handbook and enforce policies
    • Ensure workplace safety and compliance
  • HR Analytics Reporting
    • Maintain HR dashboards
    • Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.)
    • Provide reports to leadership

Organizational Development

  • Support company culture and change management initiatives
  • Align HR strategies with business goals
  • Facilitate leadership and succession planning
