We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to support our Human Resources team at InspironLabs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement. You will work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to help build a strong, people-first culture. The role is 6-month contractual with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth induction for new joiners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate learning & development sessions and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR dashboards as needed.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and policy implementation
  • AI & GenAI Focus – Exposure to a tech-driven culture embracing innovation in people operations.

Required Skills–

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and People & Culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of basic HR functions and current trends is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any HRMS/ATS tool is an added advantage.

Qualifications–

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
