๐Ÿ“‚ Administrative & DocumentationMaintain employee records (soft and hard copies) Prepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters Update HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.) ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Recruitment SupportPost job ads on portals and screen resumes Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates Support onboarding formalities and documentation ๐Ÿ’ธ Payroll & ComplianceAssist in monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions) Maintain compliance documents (PF, ESI, etc.) and coordinate with accounts Track probation periods and confirmation timelines ๐ŸŽ“ Employee Engagement & CommunicationHelp plan and execute employee engagement activities Support internal communication (HR announcements, circulars, etc.) Handle employee queries and escalate where necessary ๐Ÿ“ˆ ReportingPrepare monthly HR reports (hiring status, attrition, leave summary) Maintain trackers for recruitment, training, and performance reviews โœ… Qualifications & Skills Required:Graduate (Preferably in HR / Business Administration) 0.6 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR coordination/administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with HRMS or HR software is a plus Strong sense of confidentiality and attention to detail
