Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking abilities and expertise in analyzing various HR data sets to extract meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze diverse HR data sets including employee performance, turnover, recruitment, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Extract actionable insights from data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and workforce planning.
  • Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to HR leadership and management teams.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support recruitment, compensation benchmarking, and employee development strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while optimizing data collection and analysis processes.
  • Support compliance by analyzing data related to employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in evaluating HR systems and recommend improvements for better data management and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in HR Analytics or Rewards or in a similar HR data-driven role.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in HR contexts.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent management analytics.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable HR strategies.
