About NPPD CARE
NPPD CARE is building end-to-end IT solutions for hospitals and gyms in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. We aim to bridge the massive tech gap in non-metro healthcare and wellness infrastructure. The current model is to provide core technology platforms for FREE, and monetize through partner-based commissions and referrals.We are also working on a long-term B2C roadmap which will integrate 12 areas of wellness using intelligent AI-driven systems. This is currently in stealth and will begin testing once our B2B model with hospitals and gyms is validated.We are a growing founding team of 7 members including strategic advisors, legal, finance, and product. The team is expanding to 25 members, all working purely on equity until funding is secured.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Ownership – Lead the planning, design, and development of our tech platform for hospitals and gyms.
- User Discovery & Feedback – Engage directly with hospital and gym stakeholders to gather insights, validate low-code prototypes, and refine features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with developers, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure timely product iterations and test releases.
- MVP Development & Testing – Define MVP scope and feature priorities based on early feedback from partners and pilot testers.
- Roadmap & Documentation – Build product roadmap, maintain clear documentation, and communicate progress regularly to the leadership and tech teams.
- AI Readiness – Understand the future AI-based architecture being planned and align B2B product development to be scalable for future integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building or managing healthtech products (even MVPs or pilot-stage tools).
- Strong understanding of hospital information systems, fitness/wellness platforms, or clinic tech stacks is a plus.
- Familiarity with low-code tools, wireframing, and coordinating with development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in an early-stage startup ecosystem, contribute beyond defined roles, and build from scratch.
