Job Description (JD) Head -staffing & workforce supply with a focus on Candidate Sourcing & Engagement for industrial staffing, particularly internships or entry-level roles: Job Title: Head – Staffing & Workforce Supply Location: Noida Department: Workforce Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced senior professional with a proven track record in manpower supply, candidate sourcing, and workforce engagement to lead and optimise our supply-side staffing operations. This role focuses on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent—particularly interns and early-career candidates—for deployment across industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing strategies, institutional partnerships, and candidate engagement, with a strong understanding of the staffing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, campus recruitment, vocational training centers, and community outreach. Build, manage, and maintain an active pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across various roles, especially for industrial internship programs and temporary staffing needs. Conduct talent mapping exercises aligned with industry trends and seasonal hiring patterns. 2. Campus & Institutional Engagement Build strong partnerships with colleges, technical institutes, ITIs, career centers, and student bodies to drive awareness and interest in internship opportunities. Organize and represent the company in campus job fairs, career days, and engagement workshops. Establish MoUs or agreements with key institutions to ensure a steady talent inflow. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with internal hiring managers, HR business partners, and department heads to understand workforce demand and candidate expectations. Collaborate with operations and deployment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning. 4. External Relationship Management Partner with third-party staffing vendors, government employment exchanges, and industry alliances to increase access to candidate pools. Develop engagement strategies with NGOs and skilling partners for workforce inclusion initiatives. 5. Candidate Engagement & Conversion Design and execute engagement strategies (email campaigns, webinars, pre-placement talks) to keep the candidate pool warm and informed. Provide career guidance and orientation to candidates to align their goals with available opportunities. Monitor and improve conversion rates from application to deployment. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred. 8+ years of experience in talent sourcing, workforce supply, or staffing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Strong experience with campus hiring, internship programs, and blue/grey collar talent sourcing. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and digital recruitment tools.
