Role Overview We’re looking for a Growth Leader who can blend strategic thinking, business development, and AI-led experimentation into a scalable growth engine. You’ll work across go-to-market, partnerships, pipeline development, and revenue operations to accelerate DotKonnekt’s expansion in enterprise and mid-market segments. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who moves fast, thrives on metrics, and is comfortable navigating both vision and execution. What You'll Do Lead and execute the company’s growth strategy across multiple verticals and markets Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships, enterprise accounts, and channel alliances Build and manage a scalable inbound and outbound pipeline with strong conversion efficiency Work closely with product, content, marketing, and AI teams to align messaging and optimize customer journeys Design, test, and refine growth experiments using AI insights and market data Monitor and report on performance metrics—CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, deal cycles—and use data to iterate quickly What You Bring 5–8 years in growth, GTM, or business development roles in SaaS, AI, D2C, or enterprise tech environments Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise buying behaviors, and high-ticket value propositions Experience building growth systems from scratch and scaling them through experimentation and process Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Strong analytical thinking and a metrics-first mindset Prior experience with AI-based tools, platforms, or products is a strong plus Why DotKonnekt Opportunity to lead the growth function and define its direction Work closely with visionary founders and cross-functional teams Be part of a category-defining AI product in a fast-scaling environment Drive meaningful impact for some of the most recognized retail and lifestyle brands
