Google Ads Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in Google Ads campaign management and digital marketing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns— we value practical knowledge and impact over formal certifications. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video (YouTube). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, Quality Score, and conversions. Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop effective landing pages and ad creatives. Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing best practices. A/B test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches. Requirements: Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results. Strong knowledge of campaign setup, bidding strategies, tracking, and performance analysis. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, PPC, SEM) is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Strong communication and organizational skills. Certification in Google Ads is not mandatory —we care more about what you know and what you’ve done. Preferred Qualifications: Portfolio of past campaigns with performance metrics or case studies.
