Job Title: Google Ad Specialist Location: Sector 63, Noida Company: Learning Saint Industry: EdTech Experience Required: 2–5 years (International Market - US & UK) Mode: Full-time (On-site) Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: Learning Saint is seeking a performance-driven Ad Specialist who has hands-on experience in managing and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads , specifically for the EdTech sector targeting international markets (US & UK) . This role demands someone who can deliver high-quality leads at optimized CPLs and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Target and retarget relevant international audiences (especially US & UK) for EdTech offerings. Monitor ad performance and continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve ROAS. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine targeting strategies. Develop ad creatives (briefing designers/writers as needed) and A/B test copy, creatives, and placements. Analyze data and generate insightful reports for management on campaign performance. Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives. Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and EdTech marketing strategies. Requirements: Proven 2+ years of experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads for EdTech companies , with focus on US and UK markets . Strong knowledge of campaign structure, budgeting, keyword strategy, ad copy creation, and bid optimization. Deep understanding of international lead generation strategies and funnel optimization. Ability to interpret data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools. Strong communication skills, self-driven, and results-oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho. Basic knowledge of landing page design and optimization. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus. Why Join Us?
