Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Meet or exceeded monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students. Contact prospective students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their academic goals and aspirations. Identify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, networking, events, and referrals. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred candidate profile: Any bachelor's discipline. 1-2 years of experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
