Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads Executive located in Gurugram. The Google Ads Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Key tasks include keyword research, ad copy creation, performance analysis, budget management, and reporting. The role requires continuous monitoring and tweaking of ad performance to achieve target KPIs and improve ROI. Collaboration with the marketing team to align with broader marketing strategies is also essential.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for healthcare clients.- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitor analysis focused on patient acquisition.- Set up conversion tracking, including event-based tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp, etc.).- Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and Cost per Lead (CPL) metrics to meet ROI goals.- Optimize campaigns for quality score, ad relevance, and landing page experience.- Coordinate with design and landing page teams to align ads with conversion-focused creatives.- Create weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and suggestions for scaling.- Stay updated with platform changes, privacy policy impacts (HIPAA compliance awareness is a plus), and industry trends.Qualification:Bachelors Degree will be preferred.Relevant Experience Required - 1-2 Years Availability - Immediate to 15DaysCTC Offered - 30,000
