Genesys Routing Developer
to contribute to a large-scale customer experience transformation initiative for a Global leader in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and implement Genesys-based routing solutions, develop secure and compliant IVR applications, and play a key role in the migration of legacy call center systems to modern omnichannel platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize customer journeys, and ensure seamless system integrations. This is a high-impact opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a mission-critical environment, helping shape intuitive and efficient customer interactions within a regulated, fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- IVR development, and implementation of Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform.
- Write and review secure, high-quality production code while troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, generate ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Provide regular updates on project status to leads and ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure continuity and clarity.
- Analyse Genesys logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Genesys Engage configuration and IVR development, including Genesys Voice SCXML Call Flow, GA, OPM, and GRAT development.
- Experience in GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension) and GA (Genesys Administrator).
- Skilled in developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS.
- Strong knowledge of databases, particularly SQL and Cassandra.
- Experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
- Ability to work on-call to provide support as needed.
