Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules to meet clients' requirements. Daily tasks include conducting requirements analysis, developing detailed solutions, collaborating with technical teams, and providing training and support to users. The role demands participation in multiple phases of projects, from initiation and design to testing and deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Having Month-End /Quarter-End / Year-End closure experience is Mandatory.
• Skills in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Should work in Rotational (Including night) shift - 24/5.
• Knowledge in business process mapping and gap analysis
• Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing user support
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
• Oracle certification and prior consulting experience are a plus
