We’re Hiring | SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Performance Management (PMGM)

Location: Pan India

Experience: 6–9 Years

CTC: Up to ₹2 Lakh/month

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST | On-call weekend support for P1 issues

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Configure and implement SAP SF PMGM to match client-specific business needs
• Manage full-cycle implementations or long-term support engagements
• Handle SuccessFactors administration, workflows, and user management
• Collaborate with clients to identify current gaps and deliver scalable HR solutions
• Provide on-call weekend support for critical (P1) issues

Must-Have Experience:

• Certification in SAP SF Performance Management

• At least 1 end-to-end implementation or 2 support projects

• Experience designing and supporting PMGM processes

• Integration with other SAP SF modules

• Hands-on admin and config skills

Bonus Points (Good-to-Have):

• Multiple SuccessFactors module certifications
• Experience running discovery workshops with clients
• Familiarity with custom report development in SF
