Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for collecting and documenting business requirements, interfacing with project delivery team, testing and delivering application documentation, and recommending effective solutions. Verify business requirements and functional specifications. Ensure that high level business requirements have been decomposed properly into useable functional requirements. Create/ review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them. Interface between technical teams and customer. Design solutions in conjunction with technical teams. Ensure deliverables are being met on a timely basis. Create value proposition and perform a cost benefit analysis. Conduct market research, end user training. Participate in competency building activities and internal trainings.
