Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and database architecture to support mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Implement best coding practices, maintain version control using Git, and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across both front-end and back-end codebases.
• Manage integrations with third-party APIs and services.
  

Key Requirements

Frontend (Flutter):

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.), and platform-specific integrations.
• Experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  

Backend

• Proficient in Node.js / Python / PHP or any modern backend language.
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Knowledge of authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  

Other Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Firebase).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with web technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of app performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).
