Company Description

At InfoTechBrains, we help businesses simplify operations, automate workflows, and modernize legacy systems using modern web technologies and scalable architectures. We work with global clients across industries, delivering custom SaaS products, ERP systems, and AI-enabled business solutions.

We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building clean, scalable, and modern applications using Next.js and Prisma with Team and can lead the developer team.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Prisma ORM
Design and manage APIs, backend services, and database schemas
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, PMs, and other devs to deliver high-quality features
Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and security
Handle database modeling using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite with Prisma
Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Work in an agile team environment using tools like Jira

Requirements

1–3 years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong knowledge of Next.js (App Router preferred) and React
Solid experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases
Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and JWT Auth
Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), API routes, and static site generation (SSG)
Experience with deployment (Vercel, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms)
Good knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows
Ability to work independently and own features end to end
Ability to lead the development team

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
Familiarity with wordpress, shopify, python
Worked on SaaS, ERP, CRM, or AI-powered web apps
Knowledge of testing
Client Requirement Gathering & Project Management
