Key Responsibilities Application Development & Innovation Build, maintain, and enhance modern full stack web applications using React , Node.js , and associated libraries (e.g., react-router, ag-grid, vite, redux). Collaborate closely with the team to bring innovative features to life and optimize user experiences. Infrastructure & Cloud Management Interact with AWS services including EC2 (Ubuntu) , S3 , and CloudFront . Perform tasks such as scripting, managing environment variables, updating packages, and handling security keys. CI/CD & DevOps Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (experience with GitLab is a plus; strong git fundamentals are essential). Leverage Linux knowledge to support and streamline deployment workflows. Database Development & Integration Design and manage database structures in Microsoft SQL Server , including writing complex SQL queries and understanding execution plans. Integrate data layers using ORMs such as Sequelize . Work with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake (experience with Redshift or BigQuery also valuable). Team Collaboration Participate in a remote-first, international team with clear, proactive communication. Attend daily standups at 11 AM EST and collaborate effectively across time zones. Understand both explicit instructions and the broader business goals behind your work. Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in web-based development. Proven track record with open-source contributions or personal projects (GitHub portfolio encouraged). Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript , React , and Node.js . Proficiency with Express.js , Sequelize , and Microsoft SQL Server . Strong experience with Linux , AWS , and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in agile teams with modern DevOps practices. Native-level English fluency (spoken and written). Availability to work overlapping hours with EST/PST time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Snowflake , Redshift , or BigQuery . Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging in production environments. Prior experience working in fully remote, multicultural teams.
