Full-stack app developer (5+ exp) (Equity Only - No compensation)

Position: Full-Stack App Developer (Equity-Based, Remote) Type: Part-Time / Remote Compensation: Equity-Only (initial 6–8 months) 🚀 About The Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack App Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and/or mobile applications. This is a core team position with equity-based compensation during the initial phase, offering long-term ownership and strategic input in shaping the product from the ground up. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of the platform (frontend + backend) Architect scalable, secure, and modular systems Work closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into smooth user experiences Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and analytics tools Optimize performance and ensure responsive design across devices Maintain code quality, conduct testing, and manage deployment pipelines 💼 Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of full-stack development experience in modern frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, or Vue.js Backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or similar Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, etc.) Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security best practices Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment ✅ Preferred (Nice To Have) Experience with mobile app development (React Native / Flutter) Worked on early-stage products or MVPs Comfortable with project management tools like GitHub, Trello, or Notion ⚠️ Please Note This is an equity-only opportunity during the pre-revenue stage (6–8 months).
