GrowHut is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented and experienced Front-end Developer to join our team. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing features, ensuring compatibility across different browsers, optimizing web performance, and handling deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Expertise in React & Next.js: Showcase your proficiency in building robust web applications using React and Next.js, focusing on delivering seamless user interactions.

JavaScript & TypeScript Mastery: Demonstrate a strong command of both JavaScript and TypeScript, producing clean, scalable code.

State Management: Implement efficient and scalable state management using libraries like Zustand or similar tools to ensure maintainable and performant applications.

Cross-Platform Desktop Apps: Build desktop applications using Electron.js, enabling a native-like experience across operating systems while leveraging your web stack skills.

Seamless Backend Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate APIs and frontend features, ensuring a cohesive and efficient development process.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Address cross-browser challenges to ensure consistent experiences across diverse browsers and devices.

Thorough Testing & Debugging: Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, maintaining high application quality.

Optimizing Web Performance: Optimize for speed and responsiveness using best practices and modern performance tooling.

Version Control & Teamwork: Exhibit expertise in Git and GitHub, enabling efficient collaboration and maintaining a clean, organized codebase.

Component Reusability & Design Systems: Build modular and reusable components aligned with design systems and accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

Familiarity with tools like Figma, ANT Design, Sadcn is advantageous.

Strong grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES standards.

Experience with Electron.js for desktop application development is a plus.

Proficient with Zustand or similar state management libraries.

Solid understanding of API integration and handling asynchronous data flows.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub.

Experience with performance optimization, lazy loading, and code splitting.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
