Job Overview We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a strong workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Oversee employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination to ensure smooth HR operations. Implement and update HR policies as per company requirements and compliance. Address employee grievances and foster a strong employee relations strategy. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and reports. Organize training and development programs for employee skill enhancement. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech/startup environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software/tools for managing employee records and processes.
