Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Workflows & Agent Creation

• Experiment with and build internal AI agents and workflows using relevant tools
• Identify repetitive or manual internal processes across Functions that can be automated or enhanced using AI.
• Train, prompt, and test LLM-based agents to solve real business problems (e.g., CV screening bots, escalation handlers, P&L summarizers etc).

2. Strategic Projects & Execution

• Drive mission-critical projects directly under the CEO—from growth hacks to investor deliverables
• Manage cross-functional execution using Asana or other task tools.
• Create board decks, strategic reviews, and internal reporting material with speed and precision

3. Business Analysis & Intelligence

• Build simple performance trackers and actionable reports using Excel
• Analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Build trackers and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, or tools like Tableau/Power BI) to monitor KPIs.

4. Cross-Functional Hustle

• Be a strong bridge across functions like Retail, Online, Supply Chain, NPD, Finance etc.
• Handle unstructured tasks, fill gaps, and troubleshoot high-priority issues as they arise.

5. Customer & Product Insight

-Experiment with packaging, gifting experience, and CX improvements.

6. New Initiatives / Pilots

-Help launch new initiatives or channels under the Founder’s guidance

-Track early-stage performance and transition projects from pilot to scale

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years

  of experience in consulting/startups/strategy/ops preferred (but not mandatory).

• No coding required

  , but you must be obsessed with workflows, AI tools, and operational hacks.
• Strong

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, comfortable with tools like Asana, Canva, Notion, and AI platforms.
• An independent hustler with a “figure-it-out” attitude and desire to build.
• Education from a
