About the Role

You would be handling day-to-day transaction monitoring, issue resolution, partner coordination and reconciliation. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage failed orders, ensure timely refunds and own the reconciliation of internal platform data against external partner records.


Key Responsibilities:

🔁 Transaction & Escalation Management

  • Monitor real-time/live and batch transaction flows.
  • Investigate failed/stuck orders and manually verify them with external platforms.
  • Take action on refunds, reversals, and exceptions using internal tools.

🤝 Partner Coordination

  • Be the primary point of contact for operational issues with external partners.
  • Escalate and follow up on critical order failures or support requests.
  • Build strong working relationships to ensure fast issue resolution.

🧾 Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Reconcile transactions between our platform and all external partner systems.
  • Identify mismatches or exceptions and work with internal/external teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure reconciliation is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

💡 Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, tech, and customer support teams to improve workflows.
  • Provide feedback to reduce manual work and increase reliability.

📊 Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain logs of transaction issues, partner communications and refunds.
  • Generate weekly reports on failures, escalations, and reconciliation gaps.


You shall have:

  1. 3+ years in fintech operations, reconciliation, or partner/vendor management.
  2. Proven data analytics experience; ability to interpret and present data insights clearly.
  3. Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for querying, analysis and automation.
  4. Familiarity with transaction flows, financial data matching, and reconciliation processes.
  5. Hands-on experience in refunds, escalations, and reconciliation processes.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on structured documentation.
