Financial Analyst

Job Summary:We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and support the advisory process through detailed analysis, portfolio evaluation, cash flow modeling, and research. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a foundational understanding of personal finance and investments, and a client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities:Perform portfolio analysis and health checks for mutual fund and equity investments. Assist in developing and updating retirement planning models, goal-based financial plans, and cash flow maps. Conduct fundamental research on equity, debt, and hybrid instruments, and prepare internal notes. Analyze risk-return profiles and provide insights to improve asset allocation. Support data collection, cleansing, and visualization using Excel and Power BI. Prepare investment policy statements (IPS) and client presentations in collaboration with the advisory team. Track key economic, regulatory, and market trends and report implications for client portfolios. Maintain and enhance internal databases of mutual fund schemes, model portfolios, and risk metrics. Collaborate with the advisory and operations team to ensure timely plan execution. Qualifications: Post Graguate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (CFA/FRM/CQF/CALevel I preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment research, or advisory support. Solid understanding of mutual funds, equities, asset allocation, and personal finance principles. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or Python is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills. Familiarity with SEBI RIA regulations and financial planning processes is an advantage.
