Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, develop forecasting models, assist with budgeting processes, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and prepare reports on trends, forecasts, and performance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Build financial models to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance.
Conduct variance analysis and root cause identification.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Assist in investment and cost analysis initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Interest in continuous learning and process improvement.
