Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis

  : Perform in-depth

  revenue forecasting, cost analysis

  , and

  profitability assessments

  to guide business decisions.

• Commercial Negotiations

  : Lead or support negotiations with both

  internal stakeholders and external partners

  to secure

  favorable commercial terms

  .

• Business Case Development

  : Build and assess

  ROI-driven business cases

  to support

  investment decisions

  and growth initiatives.

• Metrics Tracking

  : Monitor

  KPIs

  , identify trends, and deliver

  actionable insights

  for continuous improvement.

• Budgeting and Planning

  : Collaborate across teams to create

  bottom-up budgets

  and

  Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)

  aligned with company goals.

• MIS Reporting

  : Prepare and present

  Management Information System (MIS)

  reports with relevant

  financial insights

  to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 4–7 years of experience

  in

  Business Finance or FP&A

• Strong in

  financial modeling

  and proficient with

  Excel

• Experience working with

  MySQL

  and

  dashboarding tools

  like

  Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

• Excellent

  communication, presentation

  , and

  negotiation skills

• Ability to

  thrive in a fast-paced environment

  and manage

  cross-functional teams

• Strong

  problem-solving

  abilities and a

  strategic mindset

Travel Requirements

• 20%–30% travel

  within India to engage with

  vendors

  , meet

  customers

  , and understand

  on-ground business needs
