Job Description

The Field Sales Executive for Automobile Tyres will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients (dealers, distributors, retailers, fleet operators), and promoting our range of automobile tyres. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the tyre industry and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients within the assigned territory. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new segments. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Regularly visit client sites to understand their requirements, provide product updates, and address any concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Develop in-depth knowledge of our complete range of automobile tyres, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications. Effectively present product information and conduct demonstrations to potential and existing clients. Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans on a regular basis. Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policy. Maintain detailed customer records and sales data. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding product performance, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: 2-5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the automobile, automotive components, or tyre industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Results-driven and target-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Other: Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet business needs.
