Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients/customers as per assigned routes or leads.
  • Ensure timely collection/delivery of documents, payments, or materials.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/supervisor accordingly.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the backend/support team to resolve field issues.
  • Ensure targets and tasks are completed within the given time frame.
  • Handle minor service requests or feedback during field visits.
  • Follow company protocols, dress code, and conduct standards during visits.
  • Maintain proper records of receipts, collections, and customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any diploma.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps (for reporting, GPS, etc.).
  • Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
