F&B Manager

Job Summary: The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. This includes managing staff, maintaining budgetary controls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team. Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining quality standards and handling guest feedback. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create and update menus that reflect customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain budget compliance. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Analyze sales reports and financial data to inform decisions and drive improvements. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Events, Sales) for smooth service delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) as an F&B Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
