Executive – System Support

We're Hiring: Executive – System Support (Infra)

System Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the system support team to ensure timely and effective IT service delivery.
• Resolve 95% of user support tickets within SLA timelines.
• Handle service tickets and incidents, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
• Maintain compliance with IT helpdesk ticketing and escalation policies.
• Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Track and ensure software license compliance and renewals.
• Ensure 100% adherence to IT security policies and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and IT policies.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on system performance and helpdesk metrics.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site.
• Experience with IT asset management tools and practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Good command of English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
