Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive - PORTAL MANAGEMENT at Vocman in Noida. The Executive will be responsible for managing the company's portal, maintaining its functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement portal enhancements and optimize performance.


Roles and Responsibilities: Executive – Portal Management & Reporting

 Manage and update the portal regularly with scheme-related content, program announcements,

data inputs, and visual assets.

 Ensure seamless content uploads and backend functionality through CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress

or equivalent).

 Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate data and ensure timely reporting of dashboards on

performance metrics.

 Generate, analyze, and present insights using digital tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or

equivalent.

 Coordinate with design and communication teams to ensure consistent content structuring and

branding across digital properties.

 Support backend maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and liaise with the tech team for performance

enhancements.

 Propose and implement UI/UX enhancements to keep the MSH portal user-friendly and aligned with

future needs.

 Maintain organized records of updates, login credentials, workflows, and audit trails.

 Support reporting needs for reviews, MoMs, and stakeholder presentations using curated digital data.

 Ensure data protection, content quality, and consistency across the portal in compliance with GoI

norms.

Skills and Competencies:

 Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.)

 Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

 Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and web content structuring

 Strong data interpretation and reporting skills with attention to detail

 Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional collaboration

 Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

 Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership

 Ability to engage stakeholders and manage professional relationships effectively

 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mass Communication, Digital Media,

or any related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience,

OR

 Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification professional

experience.

Desirable:

 Prior experience in managing public sector or government portals is desirable
