Screening & Shortlisting : Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordination : Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication with candidates. Database Management : Maintain and update the recruitment database and talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
