Job Title: ERP Manager Location: Kolkata Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month About the Company: We are a well-established and reputed manufacturer in the jute and textile sector, known for producing high-quality jute products for domestic and export markets. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems across departments including production, inventory, accounts, and HR. Coordinate with department heads to understand workflow requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities. Troubleshoot system issues, provide support, and train end-users for optimal ERP utilization. Ensure data accuracy, security, and timely backup across modules. Collaborate with software vendors or developers for system upgrades, customizations, and integration. Monitor ERP performance and continuously improve system processes for better efficiency. Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Maintain documentation of ERP processes, user manuals, and support logs. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP management, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific systems. Strong understanding of business processes in production, inventory, and finance. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ERP certifications are a plus.
