Position : PF & ESI Expert Location : Salt Lake Sector 1, Kolkata Company : A reputed Chartered Accountancy firm Salary : Up to ₹30,000 per month Job Description We are looking for a PF & ESI Expert with hands-on experience in handling statutory compliance processes, especially for Provident Fund and Employees’ State Insurance matters. The candidate should be well-versed with applicable labor laws, documentation, and filing procedures. Key Responsibilities : Ensure timely preparation and filing of PF & ESI returns as per statutory requirements. Handle employee registration, challan generation, and monthly compliance. Liaise with EPFO/ESIC departments for inspections, queries, and audits. Maintain accurate employee data and documentation for compliance. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations. Requirements : Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in PF & ESI compliance. Knowledge of PF, ESI portals and reporting systems is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Tally or similar software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field preferred.
