ERP Manager

Crimson Schools is looking for a proactive and experienced ERP Manager to oversee and enhance the school's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a key part of the Crimson Schools team, the ERP Manager will play a crucial role in aligning technology with academic and administrative operations, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. A minimum of 2 years of ERP experience in a school environment is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the school’s ERP system. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to align ERP functionalities with institutional needs. Ensure data accuracy, system security, and access control across all ERP modules. Monitor daily operations of the ERP and resolve technical or process-related issues promptly. Train and support staff across departments to ensure effective use of the ERP system. Develop custom reports and dashboards for school leadership and compliance requirements. Liaise with external ERP vendors for technical support and feature enhancement. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements within the school’s operations. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ERP management experience in a school environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of school ERP platforms and academic processes.
