Industry & Sector:

A rapidly growing provider in the enterprise IT hardware and networking space, we engineer and deliver end-to-end infrastructure—servers, storage, switches, and edge devices—that power mission-critical workloads for Fortune 1000 and public-sector customers across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing portfolios for data-center, campus, and edge networking solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, proposal, negotiation, and closure—delivering multi-crore hardware and support contracts.
  • Engage CXO, IT leadership, and procurement stakeholders to position ROI-driven infrastructure modernization roadmaps.
  • Partner with pre-sales architects, OEM alliances, and channel teams to craft technically robust, cost-optimized proposals.
  • Maintain a 3× qualified pipeline, drive forecast accuracy ≥95 %, and consistently overachieve quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Represent the company at conferences, OEM launch events, and customer workshops to generate leads and competitive intelligence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 5-9 years enterprise hardware or networking sales with demonstrable quota attainment.
  • Deep product knowledge of servers, storage, routers, switches, WLAN, and related support services.
  • Proven experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles in BFSI, manufacturing, or public-sector verticals.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen combined with CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).

Preferred

  • Relationships with Tier-1 OEMs (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Juniper, etc.) and large SI/VAR ecosystems.
  • Understanding of emerging trends—SD-WAN, edge computing, and data-center virtualization.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Technology Management.
