Key Responsibilities:

● Amazon India Management:

○ Oversee all aspects of our Amazon India operations.

○ Manage flat file listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for visibility and sales.

○ Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on Amazon.

○ Create and manage A+ content to enhance product listings.

○ Handle FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes, ensuring smooth operations and inventory management.

○ Address and resolve cases and issues promptly and efficiently.

○ Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

● Flipkart Management:

○ Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart.

○ Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive sales.

○ Ensure accurate and appealing cataloguing of products.

○ Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and profitability.

● Vendor Central and International Marketplaces:

○ Utilize Amazon Vendor Central to manage vendor relationships and optimize listings (if applicable).

○ Manage and optimize accounts on Amazon.com and Amazon Europe (if applicable).

○ Adapt strategies to meet the specific requirements and best practices of each marketplace.

● Strategic Planning and Execution:

○ Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth and profitability.

○ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and online advertising.

○ Identify opportunities for new product listings and market expansion.

● Team Collaboration and Leadership:

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service.

○ Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.

○ Lead by example in managing and optimizing e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.

● Expertise in managing all aspects of Amazon India, including flat file listing, advertisement, cataloguing, A+ content, FBA, and case handling.

● Experience managing high-volume accounts on Amazon India and Flipkart.

● Proficiency in handling Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.

● Experience with international marketplaces like Amazon.com and Amazon Europe is a significant plus.

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
