Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Website Developer & E-commerce Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in handling multiple e-commerce platforms and is driven to boost online sales and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Management
• Maintain, update, and optimize the official website for best user experience and performance.
• Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• E-commerce Platform Handling
• Manage and operate sales platforms like First Cry, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Ensure timely listing, cataloging, and inventory sync across all platforms.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve visibility and conversion.

• Digital Marketing & SEO
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and boost search rankings.
• Run targeted advertising campaigns across social media and search engines.
• Manage email marketing, promotions, and retargeting campaigns.
• Sales Growth & Analytics
• Create strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and derive insights for growth.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and influencer marketing.
• Social Media Management
• Coordinate with the content team to keep Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms active and engaging.
• Strategically promote product launches and seasonal collections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management and website development (WordPress/Shopify preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with marketplaces like FirstCry, Myntra, Amazon, etc.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about fashion, kidswear, and brand building.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and capabilities.
