Job Requirements:

• Own the end-to-end success of products by working with sales, marketing, engineering and higher management.
• Work closely with customers to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact of each use case.
• Understand Rakuten Symphony’s technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents and deliverables.
• Make clear, simple, and technically sound product decisions that drive the business and position products solidly against competition.
• Create product roadmaps based on customer feedback and internal innovation drives.
• Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmap progress regularly.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.
• Communicate the current status and future plans for products with world-class, clear, concise and to-the-point presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field.
• At least 15+ years of professional experience in a product management role, which includes minimum 6-7 years in enterprise product management.
• Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
• Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
