Digital Supply Chain Transformation Analyst

Job Title: Digital Supply Chain Transformation Analyst Experience Required: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with a background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, who is passionate about driving digital transformation in supply chain planning and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with optimization solvers, programming languages such as Python and C++, and a good grasp of planning systems and supply chain data. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop transition interfaces for smooth system integration. Configure and customize Integrated Business Planning (IBP) applications including Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Planning, Order Promising, and Transport Management Systems (TMS). Design, develop, and test functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and screens ensuring alignment with business and system requirements. Work on system development and support, particularly focused on implementation and post-go-live activities. Demonstrate strong understanding of master and transactional data to support system design. Utilize Python, C++, SQL, and OPAL for development, with exposure to MS SQL databases and Tableau reporting tools considered a plus. Must-Have Qualifications: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field. 2–4 years of systems development experience in supply chain or manufacturing domains. Proficiency with solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX). Hands-on experience in Python, C++, SQL, and OPAL. Knowledge of MS SQL and Tableau is desirable. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create functional/technical design documents. Ability to provide technical and non-technical user training across various project phases (Pre-implementation, Go-live, Post Go-live).
