Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is well-versed in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Paid Ad Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, and Google Ads
• Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging content for social media platforms and websites
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content for SEO
• Support in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and growing online presence
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Contribute to brand visibility and lead generation efforts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads)
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
• Solid understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking
• Excellent communication
• Experience with IT services, SaaS, or B2B industry is a plus
