Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (All-Rounder)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all key areas of digital marketing, from SEO and PPC to content creation, email marketing, social media, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website structure and content for improved visibility in search engines.
  • Perform regular audits and generate SEO performance reports.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Advertising

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor ad spend, CTR, CPC, and ROI; make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Track trends to maximize engagement and brand visibility.

Content Marketing

  • Plan and create high-quality content including blogs, landing pages, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to produce relevant multimedia content.
  • Ensure content is optimized for both users and search engines.

Email Marketing

  • Build and execute email campaigns and marketing automation flows.
  • Segment lists for personalization and increased engagement.
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.

Marketing Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights based on KPIs and conversion metrics.

E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing

  • Manage product feeds, campaigns, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
  • Monitor affiliate traffic, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CMS (e.g., WordPress), landing page tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,155.43 - ₹33,493.13 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
