About Us:

We are a premium real estate consulting firm dealing in top residential and commercial projects across Delhi NCR, Goa, Mumbai, and Dubai. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in running ads and building B2B/B2C connections — especially in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities: Paid Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (for HNIs, investors, and B2B clients)
  • Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
  • Develop real estate-specific lead funnels and landing pages.

LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead research and segmentation (investors, CXOs, HNIs, NRI buyers).
  • Automate outreach with LinkedIn Helper or similar tools while ensuring personalization.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and partners through organic and paid strategies.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting specific job titles, locations, and industries relevant to real estate.

Tools & Reporting

  • Use tools like:
  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Looker Studio
  • Meta Events Manager / Pixel setup
  • CRM integrations (like Zoho, HubSpot, or WhatsApp Cloud API)
  • Track, report, and present campaign performance regularly to the team.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance ads and lead generation.
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing is preferred.
  • Proficient in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Helper for automated outreach.
  • Familiar with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRM mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.
